Have you ever sleepwalk?

My husband just did, should I be worried? Is this serious?

It can happen if you don't get enough sleep or stress. I wouldn't be worried about it. It's more scary for the person who is awake then the one sleeping.

I used to do this when I was a teenager. I would advise you to hide all of the car keys and make sure all of the house doors are locked.

I did once and never before that I know of or recall... In my dream I was opening the fridge up but in reality I got up out of bed and was lifting my tv up thinking it was the fridge smh 😂 never done anything like that before.

It can be dangerous if he decides to do some thing dangerous while he’s sleepwalking. I would just make sure the doors are locked up good and he cannot get them open. And make sure sharp objects are put away at night. If you are up when it starts to happen, follow him around and make sure he doesn’t get hurt. But do not try to wake him up.

I’m not sure if sleep walking is dangerous for your health. But it could be dangerous depending on how severe it is. They found my husband outside when he was a kid, while sleep walking. He acts out crazy stuff when he’s asleep, talks in full convos while looking right at me-but it’s definitely like his is looking past me in a daze (not always talking TO ME either), walks into another room and falls asleep there and doesn’t remember and many more 😂 I’m used to it now and now I can tell when he’s asleep-most of the time when he talks NOW I just say “SHHHHH🙄” or “okkkay go back to sleep you are not awake” haha l!!  When we first got together I’d ask him a question that would have to make him THINK of the answer(for me to determine if he was awake or not) Something like “what’s our anniversary” “where did we meet”…. something he would def know IF he WAS awake.
