Hcg low and not doubling?

Question

My hcg was 448 three days ago and it’s 693 now. I’m supposed to be between 5+4 and 5+6. I’ve also been having brown light spotting for a week. 
I go to get an us on Wednesday.
It just feels like my hcg is too low and not growing like it’s supposed to.

Sounds like a miscarriage though you could be having a hematoma expel as well.
