Is there a way I can fix this?

So I recently spoke to a debt consolidation company and decided to do their debt settlement program. They told me to make sure I don’t continue making payments on the loans I’ve been able to pay in order to of course get them to settle but one of the companies, does not give me that option. I tried talking to my bank to block any further transactions but I just got a new account and since I’ve only been charged by them once they don’t recognize it as a recurring bill. They also said that what I could do is request a new card but then I won’t have a way to buy anything if I need to since it would lock my current card if I do that. Any ideas of what could be done?
