I had a missed miscarriage on an unexpected pregnancy in august. I found out early had my first ob appt at 5 weeks followed by an appointment at 6 weeks to ensure i was progressing (had no symptoms other than sore boobs and fatigue) we had a heartbeat just under normal they scheduled me for an appointment the following week. And i found out that appointment i had a missed miscarriage. I ended up needing a D&C. I have been ttc since then how long did it take before you concieved your rainbow baby! I get so discouraged every month and im so afraid of having another miscarriage 🥺
