I’m hoping for some good in here.

Last cycle I had extreme low spotting so I thought I was pregnant as couple tests did look like positive and one post some people agreed to. Then I was going to get a 3rd blood test done last week but I felt so crappy I thought I’d wait till I was better. Yesterday the spotting once has returned again. AGain I’ve got no cramps, just lower back pain again and again a crying mess. Now today I’ve peed out so much blood and my tummy is so so painful.

I’m 37 and I had a horrible gut feel what if it’s early menopause coming and my chances of having a kid are now completely gone?!! I have a referral sitting at the pathology to go check if im pregnant but i just don’t know. Anyone had similar or anything please comment ❤️
