Do you see twins?

I had my first ultrasound I should be 8 weeks & 2 days but she said you are 7 weeks and some days . We heard the heartbeat on the bottom one but the top she said it will maybe vanish . Did anyone had the same situation and ended up with twin?

I have learned to let time go by and just hope for the best with these ultrasounds. My first I bleed and went back boom baby completely healthy with a heart beat. My second baby was there in ultrasound measuring 6w3d but no heart beat went back completely fine. At 5weeks6d this pregnancy they saw very visibly one sac and yolk showing everything headed in the right direction I went back boom 2 sacs 2yolks 2 babies 2 heart beats. You truly never know what’s happening in there just wait hope for the best and good luck ❤️

I had a similar situation with my first pregnancy. One was measuring a few days behind. The next week, we had one healthy baby. I definitely had a strange mix of emotions, but I trust that it all worked out for the best. Mine were monochorionic and monoamniotic, so they would have shared a sac and a placenta. MoMo twins are high risk, so I would have been in the hospital from 20 weeks on. It looks like yours share a sac, but that’s all I can tell from the picture. All you can do is wait, which is easier said than done. The only thing that gave me some comfort while waiting was to know that nothing I did would impact the outcome.
