How many dpo are you? And digitals take a lot more HCG. Sometimes you’ll get negative on digital and positive on deep stick.

I’ve found digitalis can vary, with my son I got one after my expected period and with my daughter around 11 dpo. I see a line on both tests so fingers crossed and baby dust 🥰
