HERPES?

I have an STD screening coming up. This started as what I thought was a canker sore on the inside of my lips but over the past week has progressed to this. I had no sort of itching before they showed up they also do not hurt. I have a sore throat and it’s mild pain when swallowing. If it was herpes this is my first break out which is why I’m thinking it is so bad

Also if it is herpes, the kind you get on your lips is a different herpes viral type then the STD. So you can have oral herpes but not have an STD.

I had something like this once when I was 15 and it actually ended up being some type of virus but wasn’t herpes. 
Mine also started as one canker and then progressed to like 10 all ￼along my bottom lip on the inside 
You definitely need to go get tested immediately to be sure because this could definitely be herpes. But it could be something else too
