Cycle after Covid-19

I have been sick for 3 weeks and 2 days ago I tested positive for covid. My period is late by 10 days, currently on cycle day 43.

Will it ever regulate? I thought I was pregnant but I’m not I’ve tested 4 times and they’re all negative. I have never had sickness made my period late. The most I’ve ever been late within being pregnant was 3 days. I have a super regular cycle so this is completely out of norm for me.
