No alcohol for me, no tobacco (from my husband)?
We never have had issues getting pregnant, but we keep miscarrying.
I eat pretty healthy for the most part, my husband, not so much tho. Do you think I should have him eat good that week and try vitamins? He doesn’t usually take vitamins. I heard the quality of sperm can cause a miscarriage so I wanna try what we can on both of our ends
Also he only uses tobacco sometimes on the weekends, he controls his usage very well.
Is any of this excessive to stop that week?
