So I did about 3 tests the other day all came back positive and then did another 3 couple days later still positive but then did a clear blue digital one and says I’m not. But then did a couple more tests none digital and says positive? Am I having a miscarriage or is it just to early for the digital as I’ve done a lot of strip and other tests and they came back positive but not the digital one

Also feeling really nauseous the past week and had a lot of symptoms
