It’s fairly uncommon to have symptoms before 4 weeks along, simply because your HCG is so low and your progesterone is still rising. Most symptoms women have can be attributed to the rising progesterone, which is also part of the normal luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. Pregnancy symptoms that are directly correlated with HCG typically don’t start until 4 weeks gestation.

Only symptom I have is feeling tired that’s what made me test otherwise no other symptoms and I’m 4w2d today. Some women don’t have symptoms
