I had period like cramps so I thought AF will be showing up soon but nope. I’m 23 weeks pregnant rn.

Only on month 2 of ttc. For me the first month I had symptoms that I didn’t even know were signs of pregnancy, but my period still arrived. I have never been pregnant, so I don’t know if it will feel the same as a period coming. Although I don’t get any symptoms of a period and the first I know is when it arrives. My sister on the other hand has 5 kids and knows pretty much before she tests whether she is pregnant or not.
