Has anyone lost all symptoms? I’ve only really had some nausea (no throwing up), bloating, breasts felt fuller but not sore and having to pee all the time as symptoms.

Yesterday was super busy, exhausting and stressful at work I got overwhelmed and yelled at someone about boundaries and had a cry. Then last night I realized I hadn’t felt nauseous at all that day. I did get a brief pain down low to the right maybe bladder or baby related as it’s in that area but nothing since and no bleeding.

Still had to pee throughout the night but no nausea this morning. Is this a bad sign? I know they say if the cramping isn’t really bad and you’re not bleeding don’t stress about it but I had an mmc and so I know that not having pain and bleeding doesn’t mean I’ll be okay.

My first ultrasound is Friday and I’ll be 9weeks maybe closer to 10? My cycles are 25days so when my hcg was higher than the range at 6w3d my doc thought I was 7 weeks.

Is losing the nausea a sign of miscarriage? Like my hormone levels are dipping?
