When is a good time to announce to family?

I have a history with early trimester miscarriages and I was curious when others would feel comfortable telling their loved ones/family about their new surprises :)

We announced at 7 weeks with our first. We told family at 5 weeks with our second and unfortunately lost that baby at 6 weeks. The next time we announced I believe around 8 weeks after two ultrasounds. 
This time, I’m not sure when we will announce lol.

I think this is a difficult one as I told family at around 6 weeks last time however unfortunately lost this baby not long after, so this time we’re going to wait until around 12-14 weeks until we’ve had our scan. It was helpful having family and friends there for me however I didn’t want to get their hopes up again! X

My ex and I told our families at 8 weeks with our first (6yrs) and told everyone else at 13 weeks. 
My ex and my second we told our families at about 10 weeks (3.5yrs) and everyone else when he was born (38 weeks)
My current partner and I have told our immediate family (my mum and siblings and his mum) at like 4 weeks
