Hello ladies

My mom and I live in different states so she visits and stays for months at a time. I have 3 year old twins girls and I’m definitely deep in the teaching and disciplining stage. My parenting techniques differs from my mom’s who yells and hit (actually starting to see I have some childhood things to heal from) watching her be a grandma now. I don’t hit but I’m very stern and set boundaries and they have consequences age appropriate. I’m teaching my kids how to self regulate and I do time in rather then time out. I can be triggered sometimes especially with my mom here. I feel like its confusing to my kids and she has an habit to jump in and speak over me when I’m disciplining my children I’ve told her not too but continues. It stresses me out and gives me extreme anxiety. I’m so ready for my mom to go back home. Can anyone relate?
