I had a breastfeeding pump with my 2 other children, it was bulky and you were preety much stuck in a chair for the duration.

Since my last child was 10 years ago, I've seen so many types of portable pumps you can put in your bra so that you can still go about your day.

Has anyone used these portable type ones? Any advice on when to use them? Should i not use them in the establishing milk stage (first few weeks) as I may then get an oversupply?

Should I get 2? And pump both sides? Do you pump after feeds to just store the leftover?

I am not due until March 2023 so am still in tge investigatory stage right now and trying to make sure I spend wisely on good products.

Any advice is very welcome :)
