My friend told me that when she was out before that she got into a car accident. She told me that the guy went over the yellow line and hit into her car. After when she got out he started talking to her and said something with a big smile on his face about “Hey you’re (her name), right?” So she said she was. He started asking her things like how was her day, if it’s her car that she was driving, what make and model it was, when she got it, if she lives in the area, how old she is, her ID to take a photo of it and report it to his insurance, he also started taking photos of her car all around. I found it were because usually when you get into an accident you’re supposed to report it to your insurance but the way he went about it was weird.
