I stopped taking the combined pill a year ago, I had been taking it for 3 years prior. My periods have only just since last month gone back to normal I.e. starting at the right time every 28days. It’s important to note that I use to be very regular. After I stopped taking the pill my period became irregular and very light. Then to now I have started to have heavier periods with cramps that seem to last 10+ days with the flow gradually declining but lasting alot longer than I am use to (5-6days tops).

Not sure is there is something wrong or if my body is still adjusting to hormones going back to normal.

Any advice would be appreciated
