Cervical mucus question

So I'm on CD 36. I think I ovulated December 4th/5th. I've not had a dry day the entire cycle. I took a test yesterday morning and it was negative. I thought my period was about to start for the past two weeks because my panties would have watery spots in them like I was ovulating. It stopped 5 days ago but yesterday and today it started up again. I went to the restroom thinking I started and this is the CM I have. Normal for before expected cycle?
