I had a miscarriage October 3, 2022 at 8w5d. It was an unexpected pregnancy but a hard loss, nonetheless.

After bleeding ended and I was feeling up to it (about a week or so later) we started doing the deed with no sort of protection. I was sad to get my period November 7th and assumed I would be waiting months, or longer, before getting another positive.

Today is 6 days late and my best friend talked me into testing. It isn’t unusual for my cycles to be long and irregular and I didn’t want to get my hopes up.

I was shocked once the urine cycled through the test and the control line immediately showed and within seconds the positive line was visible.

Five minute result

I am ecstatic and in disbelief. First appointment with the nurse is January 4th, 2023.

I have daughter 16, angel baby, son 8, son 3.5, angel baby and current pregnancy. Praying everything will be fine and rainbow baby will be arriving August 2023 ♥️
