Non Verbal Learning Disorder.

Last week my beautiful caring 12 year old niece was diagnosed with non verbal learning disorder. I’m gutted, my sister Is absolutely heartbroken. I don’t know what to do. I’m looking for any and all advice. For example if you or someone you love it has nonverbal in disorder.

My sister is in pieces and doesn’t think she can tell her daughter and I get it… she would absolutely freak out 😓 My sister is never sad and she’s so upset I don’t know what to do. It’s honestly all so sad I can’t think productively about it. Please help me see anything about this that isn’t awful and I’m sorry if my attitude is offensive I just don’t know what else to say.
