Hello. Need someone to help me ease my mind.

I just found out in 3 weeks 2 days pregnant. I am also very sick with some sort of virus. I guess some of the symptoms could be early pregnancy symptoms but likely not. Is there any moms out there that have been very sick this early on in pregnancy and gone on to have a normal pregnancy and healthy baby?? Am I just over thinking it?

Symptoms:

Aches

Chills

Headache

Diarrhea

Congestion

Cough

No fever

It’s not rsv, Covid or flu a or b
