10 day period with no signs of stopping??

I started spotting November 30th which lasted about 3-4 days and my flow started on the 6th with light- medium flow. It’s been about 10 days now and my period has become slightly heavier with clots and it’s kind of stressing me out. I was sick with the flu last month so I only got my period for a day. Could that be the reason???
