Do pregnancy dreams mean anything??

So I had this very vivid dream that my bf and I were chilling 4 days from Christmas and I had went to the bathroom to take 2 test and they were very positive. I then gave it to him as a gift for Christmas. does that mean anything? We’ve been very desperate to have a baby though…

I’ve had probably 50 dreams about being pregnant. I was actually pregnant maybe 2 of the times. The other 48 were random lol. I think the thought of being pregnant just becomes an obsession for a lot of us, and sometimes we dream about what we think about

I've been having pregnancy dreams like crazy for a few weeks now, but it's just excitement for starting ttc again soon and from my husband's best friend and his wife just having another baby. Also a little bit of sadness and missing the early months of my baby being little and how fast he's growing up (only 10 months old, but still makes me feel bittersweet), so reminiscing about that shortly before bed makes me have pregnancy dreams.

I’ve been having pregnancy dreams for many years. They’re nice, but all it means is that I want to be a mom.
When I was a teen, I had dreams that my mom had another baby. When I told her about one, she said, “If I ever have a fifth child, I’m giving one of you up for adoption.” Lol! When I went off to college, I came home one weekend to find a little fur ball puppy sitting on the kitchen floor looking up at me. I turned to my mom and said, “So who are you giving up?” 🤣

Usually it just mean a major life changing event is happening in your life. I had pregnancy dreams like crazy leading up to my wedding day.
