Pic in comments because I forgot to add. I'm 5 weeks 5 days pregnant. Fourth pregnancy after three previous very early miscarriages. I didn't want to call the doctor with this question I'm not concerned at all by it but I'm curious does anyone have input? My gestational sac is there very clearly, but to the left and down there are three other things that look similar but of course aren't the same. What are those other spot looking things? I'm curious about anatomy and stuff so I was just wondering. Transvaginal ultrasound.
