Can pregnancy symptoms go away throughout the day? Can they vary from day to day. I don’t remember my first trimester being like this with my boys..so it’s a little worrisome. Yesterday I was super tired/nauseated throughout the day & today I was sick in the morning but felt better & better the light day & had a ton of energy. Not that I’m complaining about not being sick/tired all day I just wasn’t aware it could be like this and thought like my last two it would get worse and worse throughout the first trimester.
