My daughter has this red rash on her face, more so around her eyes and mouth, it’s also spread to her cheek today. It looks super dry and flaky so I’m wondering if she just has really dry skin right now. It’s winter where we live so dry skin is not uncommon right now. But the red rings around the eyes concern me. She did just get over a virus about a week ago. But this just showed up a few days ago.
