Does having an abortion before trying cause issues? Like, is there a reason I’m essentially having secondary infertility when I got pregnant so easily the last time without even trying?

I know a few women who‘ve had abortions and none of them had fertility issues afterwards. Secondary infertility can happen to anyone, even those who already have children.

Safe abortions have no effect on your fertility! Secondary infertility would be unrelated to the abortion, so there is no “fault” here🧡 don’t place blame, I know it can be hard not to!
