Breast randomly leaking milk again?

Hello moms! So I am almost 8 months postpartum. I didn’t breastfeed (tried to multiple times and just couldn’t produce enough milk 😞) so we stuck with formula feeding. It’s been 5 months since we’ve stopped attempting to Breast feed and I woke up this morning and my right boob had leaked and was all down my shirt. I haven’t had a drop in 4ish months. I’m not sure where it’s coming from, as it was GONE completely because i couldn’t produce enough in the first place.

Has anyone else had this problem? Of course it’s the weekend and my dr is closed all next week due to Christmas. My right boob is noticeably smaller too.
