Spit up?

Question

Baby spits up multiple mouthfuls of milk every time he eats he eats anywhere from 10 minutes to 20 minutes on average every 2 to 4 hours. Am I over feeding him? Or is it maybe acid reflux? I feel like this much spit up isn't normal.

Try gripe water if your baby is at least 2 weeks. It helps so much with spit ups and discomfort. 
All my babies had projectile vomit and spit ups constantly. Sometimes they eat back to back. Other times, idk but the gripe helps and burping more than 1 burp is helpful. I lay them on my chest for up to 15ish minutes after the burp to get whatever out before laying them down.

I would say as long as they’re gaining weight, having wet and dirty nappies and are projectile vomiting or appear uncomfortable - then this is fine. My first baby spit up all the time and my second one does a few times a day as well.

My son always spit up a ton when he was a few months old. Now at 9.5 months old he only spits up once or twice a day.
