Anyone have a negative ultrasound and positive pregnancy test

Please explain  happened in your situation

 My situation was I had abdominal pain went to the hospital  Had an ultrasound was not pregnant. They told me I had Polycystic ovary syndrome

That’s why I was feeling the pain that I was feeling and that’s why I missed my menstrual cycle  This was on December 5 and on December 17. I have seven positive pregnancy test. I’ll take an correctly from instructions.

 Pretty sure implantation occurred a couple days after  I had my ultrasound  this is weird I have no idea how many weeks iam  like if my last menstrual cycle  was on November 2 and I miss my period December 4 and I had a negative pregnancy test and Ultrasound and December 5 lol 🤷🏻‍♀️ how
