Breast spot

Has anyone ever had a red spot on their breast similar to this? It started right under my bra (where it was rubbing) I figured it was my bra so I switched to no wires. I have tried essential oils, hydrocortisone cream and diaper rash cream. The spot is still there after a few weeks. The redness does go away but it comes back. What could it be?
