How do you count DPO?

Question

I’ve been seeing that 10 DPO is a common number of days post-ovulation for women to take a pregnancy test with the chance of a positive result! 
When using the clear blue advance digital ovulation tests, fertile days are identified as either “low”, “high” or “peak” instead of just a “yes or no” LH surge. So it looks like you get 2-5ish “high” days and then 1-2 “peak” days. 
My question is - would you consider 10 DPO after your first “high” day or after your “peak” day?

You ovulate 12-48 hours after your peak. You MUST track your BBT to confirm you ovulated, these tests can only predict it. 
So for example if you peak on 12/18,
Then you confirm ovulation with BBT for 12/19, 
That means on 12/20 you will be 1 DPO and begin counting from there

Answer

Usually you officially ovulate the day after your original peak reading. So if you get high readings on the 7th and 8th and peak readings on the 9th and 10th you would be 10dpo on the 20th.
