I just accidentally ate undercooked salmon.
I cooked fresh salmon in my oven, preheated at 350 degrees for about 15 mins. I cannot believe I didn’t check if the salmon was all the way cooked with my fork. The top layer flaked but of course I’m dense and didn’t check the middle layers. To make it all worse, I just had my embryo transfer in an IVF FET cycle. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m scared to death I’m going to get listeria.
