This is my first post partum ￼￼bleeding I have had but it’s so weird like I have been cramping off and on for a few weeks now but today I went to the bathroom and wiped and there was blood not a lot but enough bleeding to get on my underwear… but that was it after that I spotted some and I’ve had been cramping a lot but 10hrs later and I’m not bleeding at all which is so weird I’ve never done that before…

I've had heavier, painful periods with huge clots ever since 7 months post partum from having my twins in May. I also had my tubes removed. My periods came back with a vengeance and I assumed it was due to the tubal removal but I've now been referred back to the obgyn as the pelvic ultrasound showed moderate amount of free fluid in my pelvic region indicating ruptured cysts or something else they need to further evaluate and alleviate my pain. I've now become anemic due to the blood loss and have to take 5 days of Provera pills during my periods. US showed no fibroids as originally suspected but showed a cyst on Left ovary. I see obgyn on Friday to discuss possibly ablation or worse case scenario a hysterectomy! 😱😔

your period doesn't come back the same as it used to be straight away after having a baby it could take months, you really are just jumping to conclusions with no evidence
