Anyone else suffer from a lot of headaches?

I get daily headaches usually. Lately they have just been different. Anyone ever experienced temple headaches almost? Feels like someone squeezing my temples or something and letting go. Off and on for a few days. My neck was bothering me for a bit also. Off and on. It’s not the worst headache I’ve ever had but a different kind. It could be sinus related. My nose is always stuffy like 24/7 lol
