Autism ?

My son likes to put his toys in a small bin and dump them into another small bin. He will do this a at least 15 mins. He will also play though. Is a sign of autism?

That’s actually a play schema called transferring or positioning. A normal part of toddler play. 
It’s likely a new skill he’s mastered and is excited about. 
If he continues to do this for months and months and fixates on it yes I would have concerns, but he will likely master it and move on to a new type of play.

If it helps at all, my daughter is autistic and I've never been able to get her to put something in a bin ever. Lol. Sounds typical to me!

It can be. I’ve heard. Low spectrum though. Does he like his toys up ?
