Update I decided to do the Nuchal scan. Everything was fine. Baby looked great. I just get nervous about all these scans and testing. Thanks everyone for your response

I was told not to bother with the combined testing which is the blood work that goes with the measurement of the nuchal fold at the 12 week scan but the scan itself checks for lots more things like baby's growth, Spina bifida, brain and heart anatomy, organ development. Way more than a NIPT can tell you.

My dr still does it because they also check things like placenta placement, percentile, cervix etc vs waiting for the full anatomy scan.
