I know I sound like a wimp but I can tell something has gone wrong I’m 24 weeks pregnant with my baby girl had a completely normal and healthy pregnancy until now I’m cramping in my lower stomach feels almost how people describe contractions and light bleeding I’m paranoid I’m miscarrying and I don’t know if I should call for help even though I’m in agony 

Follow up: I did lose my baby but honestly it pretty wasn’t a bad thing I wasn’t in the right situation to have her but she’ll be missed dearly
