My 3 year old came home sick from his grandfathers house. He is warm (didn’t check his temp, he’s sleeping). Has a cough and a runny nose. can just tell he’s sick by how he looks and is acting.

I noticed his breathing is faster, I counted how many breaths he took in a minute and it was 45. I’m hoping he doesn’t have pneumonia or RSV. Is faster breathing normal? It does sound a little congested but I’m just assuming it’s from his mucus-y coughs.

Is this worth a doctors visit tomorrow?
