I’m 37, mommy of 2 and 3rd apparently on the way. I accidentally got pregnant and loved the surprise. The problem is my sister. She has been TTC for 10+ years with no luck, she has even tried <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> twice. She is at risk of cancer and doctors recommend a hysterectomy. She will be heart broken when she finds out. We are really close and she will resent me for not letting her know but I want to wait a bit. She suffers from severe depression and becomes suicidal and refuses to seek medical help. I’m just a couple of weeks in. What should I do?
