When to create a baby registry

What is the appropriate time to create a baby registry? Haha I don’t want to make one too early. I’m 14/1 weeks

I started working on my registry ~16 weeks.

I started one pretty much as soon as I found out I was pregnant and accepted it. There is no such thing as too early. And just because you make one, that doesn’t mean you have to share it with anyone. Mine was frequently being updated and changed around.
