Are some people just more "prone" to higher HCG levels?

So my cousin in law and I are pregnant at the same time - I am now 15 weeks, she is about 4 weeks along. My HCG at 14 days post ovulation was 695 (second pregnancy) and around the same time it was 784 with my first pregnancy.

She called me panicking because her HCG levels at 16 days post ovulation are 112.

I tried reassuring her that everyone's pregnancies are different and to try not to compare her pregnacy to mine. I think she's mostly reassured now but I am now curious as to what everyone's HcG is/was around that time ❤️
