Hello girls! Am I crazy or there's a faint line here??

I'm 30, I have endometriosis and have been ttc for 3 months now. I've been having cramps for the last 2 days (very painful 😰). AF is due tomorrow, today I'm 12 DPO (I've been having a shorter luteal phase lately). I really thought the cramps were caused by upcoming period, but today I got a little higher BBT when I normally drop below the cover line by this time. That's why I decided to test today (at 5:30am). Do you see the line? If you do, is it normal to have pain like this? Or even to have such faint line by this time??
