Did anyone have an abdominal ultrasound at 6 weeks and 4 days and you only saw the gestational sac? I had mine today and I thought it was strange/happy they didn’t do transvaginal as it always made me spot and cause discomfort but we couldn’t really see anything inside the sac clearly and they wrote early IUP/blighted ovum on my visit summary notes. Any thoughts?
