So I just got an IUD put in about an hour ago and I really need to poop is there a specific time a need to wait before I can poop because I am in a lot of pain but I am scared about pushing the IUD out

No haha you can use the bathroom normally.

I was afraid of the same thing after I had mine put in! Trust me though, you can do everything as usual and it won't budge. Remember to check your strings at least once a month to make sure you can still feel them. Personally, I never had an issue with that unless my cervix was high up, but they probably went over all of that in the office.

Idk why I can’t comment normally but yes you can poop just like normal even immediately after. It’s not gonna come out. I had the same worry
