My mama heart is breaking. My husband picked up covid at work. We did everything possible to seclude him away from me and our daughter who’s 8 weeks and the day he was done quarantining- I tested positive.. I spent the next 5 days not holding/feeding/changing my daughter and letting my husband take over hoping that we could keep her safe.. well, no such luck, today she sneezed out a big booger and I opted to use to it sample on a home test and she was immediately positive. No crazy symptoms yet, just fussy and tired… I feel so so horribly that my baby is sick. We’ve been trying our best but it’s tough out there. I hope everyone else’s babes are staying healthy during this nasty flu season. Time for lots of snuggles and baths for my sweet sicky girl 🥺
