How many ounces do you pump a day on top of breastfeeding? I feel like I have a over supply. It’s amazing but tiring to have to pump every few hours on top of breastfeeding

I pump anywhere from 5oz-15oz on top of breastfeeding. I'm building a freezer stash 😂

Pumping .5-1oz between latching is normal. Anything more is an oversupply. 
Is there a reason you are pumping on top of nursing? This is going to just make you continue to have an oversupply. If you feel engorged after babe eats, just hand express to relief so supply can regulate down. 
If you want a freezer stash for work, you on need to add in 1-2 pump sessions a day on top of nursing. You only need about 24-32oz saved up as you will be replacing anything used.
