Miscarriage??

I missed my period last month, but I am on birth control. Got my period yesterday and this came out. Anyone know what it is?

No. Just a piece of uterine lining. Not concerning at all. 
Don’t assume miscarriage without a positive test. You’d still test positive if it was a miscarriage.

As the PP said, it's uterine lining (completely normal and nothing to worry about). I'd also second not assuming a miscarriage... I've been there myself and cannot believe people would rather assume that than a normal period! It's heartbreaking and devestating so don't put yourself through that unnecessarily.

No, it’s uterine lining. Not a miscarriage.

As the others stated, it’s a piece of uterine lining= your period. It sheds in layers, and some pieces don’t break down as much as others. Completely normal and not indicative of a miscarriage. If you’re on hormonal BC, it’s normal sometimes to “skip” a period, as you don’t consistently ovulate.
